We arrived on a Friday to test drive a Terrain. On Saturday, we were the new owners of a 2025 Terrain. Savanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rather than having to wait for a car to arrive at the dealership at an ETA in mid June, she found one at a local dealership in the color I wanted. All staff were attentive and friendly.

Timely appointment with great attitude

Scott Campbell was my Salesman. Through the process I also met your Finance Mgr Justin and your General Mgr Justin. It was a great experience with all three gentlemen. Scott spent a lot of time with me explaining all the functions of all the equipment inside and outside the Truck. Scott introduced me to the Service Dept Staff. I will be bringing in my Truck in the next week or so to have Snow Tires put on and a Lift Kit installed because of getting the Snow Plow Pkge with my Truck. Took for ever to get my truck in to be looked at so it could be fixed. Rec'd it back and it still is not completely fixed. when I called to mention it and as when I could get back in, the answer was I'll have to call you when we have an opening. Why would my truck not be taken right back in to be looked at again and the work finished?

An outstanding experience from start to finish-efficient, straightforward, and the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made.

I have had many “wait for my oil change” experiences across many dealerships and this was one of the fastest. I was in and out in 47 minutes. The waiting area was super clean. Water, coffee, snacks provided.

Armel was so great to work with. We were able to get our son into a brand new GMC pick up truck and Armel was so helpful. Buying a car is not my most favorite thing to do and Armel made it so easy. Thank you!

Had to get my truck in to have the onstar checked out. Module needed to be replaced took a little longer to get the part in but once the unit was in truck was brought in and fixed right away.

Capitol City GMC has been one of the better dealership's (Sales and Service) that I have delt with over the years, I have own at least 10-12 Trucks over the years and I love my new 2026 GMC Serria Denali 1500. I typically take very good care of my investment, the one thing that bothers me the most and this true for most dealerships I've that I have delt with is technicians getting in the new vehicle with dirty clothes and shoes. My opinion is the service manager before handing over the keys is they first put seating and floor protectors in the vehicle. I just shows that you care about my investment.
