Overall very good prompt on time service. Only issue found after service was oil life did not get reset. I reset it so not a big deal ,but thought that I would mention it since service record said it had been reset.

Armel found me a truck when no other dealership would !!!

It took forever for a four tire mount and balance. At one point, I went and asked how much longer it was going to be and was told 10 to 15 minutes. Not until my vehicle was done was I told there was an issue with the compressor needed to do the job. I would’ve appreciated knowing the reason for the delay. I was there 2 hours or more. And to be honest, when a customer is standing in front of you, the polite thing to do would be to look up from your computer for an instant and acknowledge them even just to let them know they’re not invisible. This happened to me twice during my visit.

Always greet me with a smile. Was very happy that I finally got my rain guards for my windows.

When I dropped off my appointment was not on the computer, but they made room for me anyway

Great service, awesome buying experience

We arrived on a Friday to test drive a Terrain. On Saturday, we were the new owners of a 2025 Terrain. Savanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rather than having to wait for a car to arrive at the dealership at an ETA in mid June, she found one at a local dealership in the color I wanted. All staff were attentive and friendly.

I was early 7:15 AM for a 7:30 appointment and there was a Service Consultant there to greet me. The car was done in time quoted and ir was an easy process. Great people!

Took for ever to get my truck in to be looked at so it could be fixed. Rec'd it back and it still is not completely fixed. when I called to mention it and as when I could get back in, the answer was I'll have to call you when we have an opening. Why would my truck not be taken right back in to be looked at again and the work finished?

Timely appointment with great attitude

Had to get my truck in to have the onstar checked out. Module needed to be replaced took a little longer to get the part in but once the unit was in truck was brought in and fixed right away.
