It took forever for a four tire mount and balance. At one point, I went and asked how much longer it was going to be and was told 10 to 15 minutes. Not until my vehicle was done was I told there was an issue with the compressor needed to do the job. I would’ve appreciated knowing the reason for the delay. I was there 2 hours or more. And to be honest, when a customer is standing in front of you, the polite thing to do would be to look up from your computer for an instant and acknowledge them even just to let them know they’re not invisible. This happened to me twice during my visit.

We arrived on a Friday to test drive a Terrain. On Saturday, we were the new owners of a 2025 Terrain. Savanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rather than having to wait for a car to arrive at the dealership at an ETA in mid June, she found one at a local dealership in the color I wanted. All staff were attentive and friendly.

Rec'd it back and it still is not completely fixed. when I called to mention it and as when I could get back in, the answer was I'll have to call you when we have an opening. Why would my truck not be taken right back in to be looked at again and the work finished?

Scott spent a lot of time with me explaining all the functions of all the equipment inside and outside the Truck. Scott introduced me to the Service Dept Staff. I will be bringing in my Truck in the next week or so to have Snow Tires put on and a Lift Kit installed because of getting the Snow Plow Pkge with my Truck. Had to get my truck in to have the onstar checked out. Module needed to be replaced took a little longer to get the part in but once the unit was in truck was brought in and fixed right away.

Capitol City GMC has been one of the better dealership's (Sales and Service) that I have delt with over the years, I have own at least 10-12 Trucks over the years and I love my new 2026 GMC Serria Denali 1500. I typically take very good care of my investment, the one thing that bothers me the most and this true for most dealerships I've that I have delt with is technicians getting in the new vehicle with dirty clothes and shoes. My opinion is the service manager before handing over the keys is they first put seating and floor protectors in the vehicle. I just shows that you care about my investment.
